- Job Title: Architect / Project Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to define project goals, spatial needs, style preferences, and financial constraints.

- Design & Planning: Produce initial concept sketches, 3D renderings, and floor plans using digital design software.

- Technical Documentation: Develop detailed working drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications for contractors.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs align with local building codes, zoning laws, safety ordinances, and environmental standards.

- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Partner with civil, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineers to integrate building systems.

- Site Supervision: Conduct Site visits (As Required) to monitor construction quality, timeline adherence, and resolve on-site design challenges.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

- Licensure:



Professional registration or active licensure with relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., Council of Architecture in India, or equivalent international bodies like NCARB or RIBA).

- Software Proficiency: Robust command of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, material properties, and structural engineering principles.

- Soft Skills: Excellent spatial visualization, communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
