Role Description - We’re looking for an architect* and interior designer* who enjoys thinking through spaces, working out details, making drawings, experimenting with materials, and seeing ideas come to life.

The Architect and Interior deisgner will work full time on-site at OTLO STUDIO’s Indore office. In this role, the Architect will participate in all phases of the design process, including conceptualization, schematic design, detailed drawings,



and coordination with consultants. Daily tasks include preparing design presentations, developing technical drawings and documentation, and ensuring that designs align with sustainability goals and contextual considerations.

The role involves regular site visits, coordination with contractors, and monitoring project progress to maintain quality, timelines, and budget. The Architect will collaborate closely with the design team and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, well-resolved architectural solutions.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
- Experience with Project Management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and communication among clients, consultants, and contractors.
- - Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, , SketchUp, )
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building codes, and construction practices relevant to the local context.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong visual communication, technical drawing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage multiple tasks, and take ownership of assigned projects.
