We are looking for an experienced Architect to manage architectural design coordination, drawing review, consultant coordination, and site execution support for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with approved plans, applicable building regulations, project specifications, and design standards.
- Coordinate with liaison consultants for statutory approvals and drawing submissions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure adherence to approved architectural drawings.
- Review material samples, shop drawings, façade details, and finishing specifications.
- Resolve design discrepancies, technical queries, and site coordination issues.
- Monitor drawing schedules, revisions, consultant deliverables, and approval status.
- Support value engineering,



quality inspections, snagging, and project handover.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and architectural documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Arch. with 4–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise real estate projects.
- Robust knowledge of architectural working drawings, detailing, and consultant coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of local building regulations, statutory approvals, and construction practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with experience working with real estate developers and managing architectural design coordination from planning through project handover will be preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
