Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 310 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered as per design intent, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, local regulations, safety requirements, and statutory guidelines.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, design presentations, and other project documentation as required.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions from contractors and vendors.
- Identify design discrepancies and resolve technical issues in coordination with the project team.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and design implementation at the site.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.




- Support design modifications, value engineering, and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 310 years of relevant experience in architectural design and/or project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with software such as Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other BIM/visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction materials, building systems, and execution practices.
- Positive understanding of building regulations, approval processes, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or institutional projects.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate design concepts into executable plans.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
