Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Architect to develop architectural designs, prepare drawings, coordinate with consultants, and oversee project execution. The candidate will be responsible for translating client requirements into functional, aesthetically appealing, safe, and sustainable designs while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and space-planning solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, local development control rules, fire safety requirements, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, technical submissions, and contractor proposals.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, design presentations, and project documentation.
- Identify design or construction issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and design deliverables.




- Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and cost-effective construction methods.
- Maintain project records and communicate progress, design changes, and technical requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA), India, where required for the role.
- Relevant experience in architectural design, planning, detailing, or site coordination.
- Fresh graduates may be considered for junior-level positions.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of building construction, materials, architectural detailing, and design principles.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and technical drawings.
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
