Roles and Responsibilities

- Excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create design on conversation with team or client

- Visit the site to get ideas about the design, measurements and inspections.

- Proficient in Autocad, sketch up, Rendering, excel & presentation .

- Understand project requirements and concepts

- Know how to create drafts, models and prototypes

- Provide accurate, detailed, and to scale drawings

- Preparing costing estimations by using excel.

- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments





- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Ability to handle stressful situations and strict deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Sc. (interior), B.E (civil) or B. Architectural

- Preferred from Interior background only.

- 1-3 years work experience as a Designer, or a similar role.

- Proficient in Autocad, sketch up, rendering, excel & presentation.

- Experience in Lumion , Enscape is an added advantage

- Certification in Autocad, sketch up , rendering added on advantage.

- Good time management and organizational skills

- Solid communication skills -verbal & written
- able to join immediately.
