We are looking for an experienced Architect with 56 years of relevant experience in Healthcare and Educational/Institutional Projects, preferably government projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design, planning, working drawings, and BIM/Revit skills, with hands-on experience in hospital, medical college, school, university, or institutional building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural designs, detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Work on healthcare and educational/institutional building projects.
- Develop and coordinate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and project deliverables.




- Support site execution, design coordination, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Arch Mandatory
- 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Healthcare and Educational/Institutional Projects
- Experience in government hospitals, medical colleges, schools, or university projects preferred.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture (BIM).
- Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM coordination, and clash detection preferred.
- Experience in GFC drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Robust communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
