We are looking for experienced and motivated AR Callers to join our US Healthcare process. The ideal candidates should have good knowledge of accounts receivable, denial management, and medical billing, along with excellent communication skills and strong US accent proficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) calls to resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on pending payments from insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Research denied claims, identify denial reasons, initiate appeals, and coordinate with payers to resolve claim-related issues.
- Work closely with medical billing teams, physicians, and patient access representatives to resolve account discrepancies.




- Communicate professionally and effectively with US clients and insurance representatives over phone calls and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, claim status, follow-ups, and account updates in the CRM system.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely resolution of billing and payment issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare, AR Calling / Physician Billing.
- Good verbal communication skills with good US accent proficiency.
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, AR follow-ups, and denial management.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage calls effectively and maintain accurate documentation.
