Process: US Healthcare AR Calling / Medical Billing

We are looking for experienced AR Callers – US Healthcare / Medical Billing to join our team in Airoli and Saki Naka, Mumbai. Candidates must have hands-on experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling and insurance claim follow-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform AR Calling to US insurance companies for outstanding claims.
- Handle insurance follow-ups, claim status inquiries and payment posting-related queries.
- Manage denied, rejected, pending and unpaid claims.
- Work on denial management, claim resolution and accounts receivable follow-ups.
- Understand EOBs, ERAs and Explanation of Benefits, where applicable.




- Maintain accurate records of claim status and follow-up activities.
- Meet daily productivity, quality and collection targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Knowledge of Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in Insurance Follow-up, Denial Management and Claims Resolution.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the required US shift.
