Role Description The Appointment Setter role at Exim Titans is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The individual in this role will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales and consulting teams. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, updating appointment calendars, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

Setter will coordinate with internal team to confirm meeting details, follow up on missed appointments, and ensure that client interactions are timely and qualified. This role requires consistent communication, clear documentation, and a focus on delivering a positive experience for every client and prospect.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking appointments and leads.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
