- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and service management within AWS environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues effectively.
- Experience in monitoring tools and incident management platforms to ensure system health.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to optimize support workflows.
