Application Support

Maintain application support for Ensura, a custom built Progress 4GL/Database application in the USA in concert with UK-based resources

· Work with business users and IT staff to troubleshoot difficult operational, data and exceptions issues· Manage the ongoing operations of legacy applications and integration processes to our business partners

· Work with Business Facing (BA) teams to identify training and/or process improvement opportunities

·Oversees systems testing including unit, UAT, regression, pre-production and production transfer. Post-Launch Support- Works closely with support teams to resolve post-launch issues.

·Application Maintenance-Maintains applications by working closely with# support teams to understand upkeep/enhancement requirements

· Service Level Agreements-Ensures SLAs are defined from the business facing groups and adhered to.

· Incident Management Leading to resolution of incidents.
