Responsibilities

- Technical Support &
- Application Design

- Analyze client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, layouts, and reports for projects.

- Support customization and configuration of products to meet client needs.

- Perform calculations, simulations, or evaluations to ensure solution reliability.

- Project Support &

- Coordination

- Assist in project planning and execution for assigned product groups.

- Coordinate with production, procurement, and service teams for smooth project delivery.

- Track project progress and provide updates to management.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.

- Client Interaction &

- Support

- Provide technical assistance during client meetings or site visits.

- Troubleshoot client issues and provide application solutions remotely or in office.

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients or internal teams.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Industrial Engineering.

- 2–4 years of experience in application engineering or technical support.

- Experience in industrial systems, technical solutions, or project support preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
