Job Title: Cross Application Access Support Engineer

:

- Manage end-user access provisioning, onboarding, account creation, application access, and licensing.
- Troubleshoot SCCM/MECM issues, software deployment failures, and Windows 10/11 application issues.
- Package, test, and deploy applications using MSI, MSIX, App-V, and scripting methods.
- Coordinate with Identity, Infrastructure, Security, and Application Support teams to resolve access issues.
- Validate user access to business applications, shared drives, and collaboration tools.
- Handle provisioning failures, escalations, and access-related incidents.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and application packaging/deployment.
- Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, software distribution, and access provisioning.
- Valuable incident management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
