Preferred candidate profile

- Education Bachelors degree: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.

- Annotation experience 5 years in image or video annotation, including segmentation, bounding boxes, and QA.

- Leadership 1 year supervising annotators or leading a QA team.

- Python: Able to write basic scripts to clean data, calculate metrics, automate reports, and work with CSV or Excel files.

- SQL: Able to query data, join tables, and summarize annotation output, quality, and analyst activity.

- Dashboards Experience building basic dashboards using Streamlit, Power BI, Tableau, or a similar tool.

Experience with one is enough.

- Quality and reporting : Able to track productivity, first pass yield, audit results, queue progress, and recurring annotation errors.

- Communication:



Solid English and the ability to train annotators, explain guidelines, and coordinate with engineering.

- Preferred extras: Git, basic API integrations, pandas, and experience maintaining annotation guidelines
