Role & responsibilitie

- Evaluate male infertility cases and review patients' medical and reproductive history.

- Assess semen analysis reports and identify abnormalities in sperm count, motility, morphology, and other relevant parameters.

- Coordinate with fertility specialists for further investigations and treatment planning.

- Recommend appropriate hormonal investigations and other diagnostic tests within the scope of practice.

- Support the clinical evaluation of patients with azoospermia, oligozoospermia and other male fertility disorders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Relevant postgraduate qualification or recognized professional training in Andrology, Reproductive Biology, Clinical Embryology, Laboratory Medicine or another appropriate discipline, depending on the scope of the position.

- Practical experience in semen analysis and male infertility laboratory procedures.

- Knowledge of WHO semen examination guidelines and ART laboratory protocols.

- Experience in an IVF centre or fertility laboratory will be preferred.

- Solid analytical, documentation, communication and teamwork skills.
