Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage contracts from onboarding to renewal, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company policies.

- Coordinate with procurement team for extension requests, transfer of ownership, and termination of contracts.

- Develop test scenarios for new contracts and monitor their performance against agreed-upon KPIs.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the contract management process.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Strong understanding of Contract Management principles, including onboarding, extensions, transfers, renewals, and terminations.

- Proficiency in creating test scenarios for current contracts and monitoring their performance.
