Job Brief : We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to serve as the primary liaison and representative for our facilities services operations within India. This role demands a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional standards in facility management, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, and promoting a positive organizational image. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in facilities services, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a agile environment.

Responsibilities

- Act as the key point of contact between the company, clients, and facility service providers to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.
- Coordinate and oversee daily facility management activities including maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all facilities and implement corrective actions as needed.




- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure adherence to company standards and contractual obligations.
- Manage and report on facility-related budgets, expenses, and procurement processes to optimize cost efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to improve facility services, enhance customer satisfaction, and support sustainability goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on facility performance, challenges, and improvement plans.
- Support emergency response planning and coordinate facility-related crisis management activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff and contractors to uphold service excellence and operational consistency.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities services or facility management roles within India, preferably in a large-scale or multi-site environment.
