- Handle Team of HRBP Executives.
- Improve employee engagement & well-being
- Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws
What We’re Looking For: ✔ 1-4 years' Experience in employee relations & grievance management for international business.
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of HR policies
Note: Rotational shifts 24/7 and 5 days working with rotational week off
