Role Description The AI Video Editor will work full time on-site in Bhopal, creating and refining video content that showcases AGPH Books’ academic publishing services, author stories, and educational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and producing video projects, editing footage, applying AI-based tools for automated cutting, enhancements, and effects, and ensuring consistent visual style across all content. The role involves color grading, integrating motion graphics and text overlays,



and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to align videos with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The AI Video Editor will also manage asset libraries, optimize video formats for different platforms, and maintain a structured workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in video production and basic filming, including planning shots and managing video assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in video editing and AI-assisted editing workflows to cut, assemble, and refine engaging video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to ensure visual consistency, tone, and quality across all videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and visual elements that support storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and AI editing tools.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an understanding of educational or academic content.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
