AI/ML Project Manager

Experience: 8–12 years overall (3–5 years in AI/ML project management)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Project Manager to lead AI and machine learning initiatives from idea to production. You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage AI/ML projects end-to-end: requirement gathering, feasibility assessment, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Coordinate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, and business stakeholders
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and delivery KPIs
- Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve implementation challenges
- Ensure a smooth transition of AI/ML solutions from PoC to production
- Manage stakeholder communication, project governance, and delivery reporting

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing and delivering AI/ML projects from initiation through production deployment
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML implementation, including model development coordination, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in Agile environments
- Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project

Technical Understanding
- ML fundamentals, model training, validation, and evaluation metrics
- Data pipelines, data quality, model deployment, and MLOps
- APIs, cloud infrastructure, production monitoring, and model performance
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (preferred)

Key Skills

Nice to Have
- Exposure to Generative AI / LLM projects

Important Note This role requires proven experience delivering AI/ML projects from initiation to production deployment. Profiles with only conventional IT project management experience or theoretical AI/ML knowledge will not be a fit.

Pay: ₹410,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
