About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Manager to play a key role in the development and implementation of an enterprise AI platform. The selected candidate will contribute to the technical architecture powering intelligent solutions across business functions while leading a team of AI developers and engineers.

This role is ideal for a hands-on AI leader passionate about Generative AI, Agentic AI, Azure AI services, and enterprise-scale AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications and agentic solutions.
- Support platform integration across Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents, and Application layers.
- Design and develop agentic frameworks for workflow orchestration, state management, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
- Contribute to model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization of LLMs and AI agents.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, developers, and solution architects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Implement responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or MBA with a technical focus.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, technical leadership, or AI platform development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.




- Experience leading engineering teams and managing project deliverables.
