Hiring: AI Fullstack Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for a solid Full Stack AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.

Key Skills

- Python + Javawith strong experience in APIs, microservices and distributed systems
- LLM Engineering Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling & Model Evaluation
- Agentic AI – LangChain, LangGraph & Multi-Agent Workflows
- RAG – Embeddings, Vector Search, Re-ranking & Azure AI Search
- Azure AI & Cloud – Azure AI services, Kubernetes & AI platform engineering
- DevOps & TDD – Git, Jenkins, CI/CD and production deployments
- Strong experience in AI/ML/DL/NLP/LLM production implementations
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience

What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable AI-driven solutions from requirements through production.




- Develop sophisticated multi-step and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and similar frameworks.
- Build reusable AI platforms incorporating RAG, vector search, model routing and orchestration.
- Drive LLM evaluation, security, responsible AI and traceability.
- Own the complete lifecycle including architecture, development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring and optimization.
- Work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
