About the Role

PlanetSpark is looking for an AI-First Performance Marketing Specialist / Senior Specialist to own and scale a key business category.

This is an opportunity to go beyond campaign execution and take ownership of growth, revenue, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), funnel performance, and profitability.

You will work closely with founders and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and leverage AI to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own key business metrics, including revenue, CAC, ROAS, leads, demos, conversions, and contribution margin.
- Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Manage the complete marketing funnel, from ad impressions and lead generation to demos, conversions, and revenue.
- Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, funnels, and campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, creative ideation, copywriting, data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Build AI-powered workflows and automation to improve marketing efficiency and accelerate experimentation.
- Identify new acquisition opportunities, run structured experiments, and scale successful campaigns.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and contribute directly to business growth.

Requirements




- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition.
- B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier-1 engineering institute such as IIT, NIT, BITS, DTU, NSUT, or equivalent.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube advertising, and paid acquisition.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, lead generation, and revenue metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly.
- High ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
