We are looking for an AI Developer with a solid software development background to build and implement AI-powered solutions for our trucking insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain insurance-related software and internal applications.

- Build CRM automations to streamline sales, renewals, follow-ups, and customer management.

- Identify manual processes and convert them into AI-powered automations.

- Develop AI tools for document processing, data extraction, emails, policy management, and other insurance operations.

- Work with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and automation tools.

- Integrate AI solutions with our existing CRM and business systems.

- Help design and develop a proprietary insurance software/platform for the company.





- Work closely with the operations team to understand requirements and develop practical technology solutions.

- Maintain, test, and continuously improve software and automation workflows.

Required Skills

- Strong software development and programming background.

- Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages.

- Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and APIs.

- Experience with CRM automation and workflow automation.

- Knowledge of databases, backend development, and software integrations.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience in insurance software or insurance operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
