Key Responsibilities

Operate and support the Agentic Hub across DEV, TST and PRD.

- Monitor availability, performance, errors, security, usage and cost.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, container, identity, pipeline, networking and integration issues.
- Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and Azure infrastructure.
- Maintain GitHub repositories, GitHub Actions workflows, deployment gates,

releases and rollback procedures.

- Manage container builds, registries, packages and deployment artifacts.
- Administer Microsoft Foundry resources and projects.
- Support Azure identities, RBAC, managed identities, service principals, OIDC and credential-passthrough patterns.
- Maintain Azure Container Apps, Azure AI Search, API Management, Key Vault,

Cosmos DB, Storage, Log Analytics and Application Insights.

- Onboard new use cases using the common repository template, Terraform modules, CI/CD workflows, security controls and monitoring standards.
- Improve the common use-case template and implement recurring requirements as reusable platform capabilities.
- Support permissions-aware retrieval, private networking and governed access to

APIs, MCP tools and enterprise data sources.





- Integrate automated tests and agent evaluations into CI/CD.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks and onboarding guidance.
- Coordinate incidents, changes and access requests with Security, Azure,

networking, identity and use-case teams.

Skills & Qualification

Robust hands-on experience operating Azure platforms in an enterprise setting.

- Practical Microsoft Foundry experience.
- Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Strong GitHub and GitHub Actions/Runners experience.
- CI/CD across DEV, TST and PRD, including approvals, releases and rollback.
- Azure Container Apps, Docker or OCI containers and container registries.
- Microsoft Entra ID, Azure RBAC, managed identities, service principals and

OIDC.

- Azure networking and security, including DNS, firewalls, NSGs, Private Endpoints and Private Links.
- Azure AI Search, API Management, Key Vault, Storage, Log Analytics and

Application Insights.

- Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience.
- Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI or comparable automation skills.
- Proactive ownership and ability to work independently in a complex enterprise organization.
- Clear English communication and technical documentation skills.

Should have experience

- JFrog Artifactory and Azure Container Registry.
- Cosmos DB.
- Azure Monitor, KQL, alerting and cost monitoring.
- Agentic AI or multi-agent platform experience.
- OAuth, delegated authentication and on-behalf-of flows.
- Retrieval-augmented generation and permissions-aware retrieval.
- MCP servers, APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Automated agent, prompt and model evaluation.
- Secure software supply chain, vulnerability scanning and dependency management.
- Jira, Confluence, GSN, ITIL, Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to have experience

- Microsoft Agent Framework, Agents SDK or similar frameworks.
- OpenTelemetry.
- Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Teams integration.
- SharePoint, Snowflake, LeanIX or Confluence integrations.
- Data integration, ETL/CDC or analytical platform experience.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications.
