Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Agentic Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate and enhance business operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will build AI-powered assistants capable of reasoning, planning, retrieving information, integrating with enterprise systems, and supporting decision-making across departments including Human Resources, Business Development, Marketing, Production, Projects, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Vendor Management.

This role goes beyond chatbot development. The candidate will develop autonomous AI agents that continuously analyze business data, identify issues, recommend actions, and automate workflows while working alongside employees to improve organizational efficiency.

As AI adoption expands throughout the company, this role will have continuous opportunities to develop recent AI solutions and enhance existing agents.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

- Design and build autonomous AI agents using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop multi-agent systems capable of collaboration and task delegation.
- Build AI workflows involving planning, reasoning, memory, and decision-making.
- Integrate AI agents with company databases, applications, APIs, and internal systems.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using company knowledge bases.
- Implement secure AI architecture with role-based access and data governance.





Technical Responsibilities

- Develop AI applications using Python.
- Build LLM-powered solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Design prompt engineering strategies for enterprise workflows.
- Build AI pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate vector databases for semantic search.
- Develop API integrations with ERP, CRM, HRMS, and internal systems.
- Monitor AI performance and continuously improve accuracy.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks.
- REST API integration experience.
- SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
- Git version control.
- Docker and deployment experience.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
