1. Prepare and monitor project schedules, construction timelines, and milestones for real estate projects.
2. Develop master project plans, including construction activities, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
3. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, project managers, and other departments.
4. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential bottlenecks.
5. Prepare periodic progress reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
6. Review project budgets, resource requirements, and cost implications in coordination with the finance and project teams.
7. Ensure timely execution of project activities as per approved plans and specifications.
8. Conduct project review meetings and follow up on action points.
9. Identify project risks and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
10. Coordinate with procurement, contracts, engineering, and execution teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
11. Monitor approvals, statutory clearances,



and other project-related dependencies in coordination with the concerned departments.
12. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and project deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Planning will be an added advantage

- Diploma with relevant experrience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in project planning and monitoring in the real estate or construction industry, including experience in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Solid analytical, coordination, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
