Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives by leveraging agentic AI, autonomous AI agents, Generative AI, and intelligent automation. The role involves identifying business opportunities, designing AI-driven solutions, leading implementation, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the enterprise Agentic AI transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to automate complex workflows using AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Design and implement agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Lead proof of concepts (PoCs), pilots, and enterprise-scale AI implementations.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business systems.
- Establish AI governance, security, compliance, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams.
- Evaluate AI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, scalability, and business impact.
- Drive organizational change management and adoption of AI-powered workflows.
- Define KPIs to measure productivity improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI transformation.
- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent architectures,



and tool/function calling.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Cloud AI exposure: AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
- Solid stakeholder management, solution architecture, and strategic leadership skills.
- Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs from strategy through deployment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Python and AI/ML engineering.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and model governance.
- Experience in enterprise automation, business process re-engineering, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and enterprise AI security.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
