1. Estimation & Costing

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and project budgets.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and other construction drawings for quantity take-offs.
- Analyse material, labour, equipment, subcontractor, and other project costs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender estimates, commercial proposals, and comparative statements.
- Monitor estimated costs against actual project expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.

1. Contract Management

- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer construction contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
- Ensure contractual terms, scope of work, payment schedules, retention, advance payments, and timelines are clearly defined.
- Manage variations, extra items, deviation statements, escalation claims, and extension-of-time claims.
- Maintain contract registers and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Identify contractual risks and coordinate with legal, project,



procurement, and finance teams for resolution.

1. Project Billing & Quantity Surveying

- Oversee preparation, verification, and submission of RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Verify measurements, quantities executed, BOQs, and rates against approved drawings and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, architects, and clients for measurement certification and bill approval.
- Review and certify contractor and subcontractor bills as per contractual provisions.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of extra-item bills, variation bills, and claims.
- Track bill submissions, certifications, deductions, retention money, and payment releases.
- Reconcile quantities and values between executed work, certified bills, and contractual records.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
