Role Description

We’re looking for an AEO & GEO Specialist to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms and help ensure our content gets discovered, referenced and recommended in AI-generated answers.

Qualifications

- Develop and implement strategies to improve visibility across AI search platforms and generative search engines.
- Research how users discover information through AI tools and identify opportunities to improve brand presence.
- Strengthen content structure, topical authority, and entity signals to improve discoverability.
- Track brand mentions, citations, and visibility across AI search platforms.




- Monitor changes in AI search and develop strategies based on emerging trends and performance data.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement optimisation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
- Solid understanding of how AI-powered search platforms retrieve, interpret and cite information.
- Ability to identify content and technical improvements that can strengthen AI search visibility.
- Experience tracking AI visibility, citations, brand mentions, and organic performance.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with tools used to monitor AI search visibility and performance.
