​​​​ We are looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital platforms. The role involves working on AEM Sites and DAM, building scalable solutions, and integrating AEM with backend systems to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- AEM Development

- Design and develop AEM Sites and Assets (DAM) solutions.

- Build custom components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.

- Develop using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and OSGi services.

- Implement Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.

2. Content & Platform Management
- Manage content lifecycle, authoring, publishing, and approvals.

- Configure and maintain Multi-Site Manager (MSM).

- Support localization and multi-language setups.

3. Performance & Optimization
- Configure and optimize Dispatcher and CDN caching strategies.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

- Conduct troubleshooting and performance tuning.

4. Integration & Backend Development

Integrate AEM with:

- REST APIs / Microservices.

- Adobe tools (Target, Analytics, Marketo).

- Third-party systems (CRM, PIM, e-commerce platforms).

Additional responsibilities:

- Support event-driven and API-based integrations.





- Hands-on development experience with Spring Boot for building backend services and microservices.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

- Integrate AEM with Spring Boot-based backend services.

- Troubleshoot and support end-to-end integration between AEM, Spring Boot services, and external systems.

5. CI/CD & DevOps
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for builds and deployments.

- Use tools like Maven, Git, Jenkins / Azure DevOps.

- Manage workplace configurations (Dev, QA, Prod).

6. Support & Maintenance
- Handle production incidents and change requests.

- Monitor logs, system health, and application stability.

- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Required Technical Skills – Backend & Integration
- Java 8+

- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

- Spring Boot-based microservices development.

- REST API design, development, and integration.

- Experience integrating AEM with Spring Boot/backend services.

- Apache Sling & JCR.

- JSON / API integrations.

- Maven.

- Understanding of Spring Framework, dependency injection, and exception handling.

- Experience troubleshooting API and application integration issues.
