Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented MBA WX Admissions Counsellor with strong expertise in counselling and converting working professionals for Executive MBA / MBA for Working Executives (MBA WX) programs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of executive education, working professionals’ career aspirations, program structures, eligibility criteria, and admissions processes. The candidate must be confident in handling high-value leads, conducting consultative sales conversations, and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert leads for the MBA WX / Executive MBA program through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Counsel working professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, and experienced executives on program benefits, eligibility, curriculum, specializations, and career outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of MBA WX program structure, admission criteria, fees, payment plans, and applicable entrance requirements.
- Understand candidates’ professional backgrounds and recommend suitable program options based on their career goals.
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle, from initial counselling and follow-ups to application completion, documentation, fee payment, and enrollment.
- Handle objections related to program fees, university credibility, program duration, online learning, and return on investment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
- Achieve individual monthly targets for registrations, fee collections, and confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up activities, and pipeline status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal admissions, verification, finance,



and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Build trust with prospective students through professional communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Track conversion ratios, follow-up effectiveness, and sales performance to consistently improve results.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in education sales, admissions counselling, or executive education.
- Prior experience in MBA WX / Executive MBA / MBA for Working Professionals admissions is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and high-ticket program conversions.
- Ability to engage with experienced professionals and senior-level candidates.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, lead management systems, and sales reporting.
- Strong follow-up discipline, target orientation, and closing skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently handling MBA WX, Executive MBA, or working professional programs.
- Professionals with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding admission targets.
- Candidates experienced in handling high-value education programs and fee-related objections.
- Individuals who can independently manage a sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into admissions.
