Techno Dot Academy of R&D;&I; is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our team as an Admission Officer / Academic Counselor. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in student counseling, admissions, and education sales.

Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in academic counseling, student admissions, telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Admissions

- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable courses based on their educational background and career goals.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
- Guide students throughout the admission process and maintain accurate admission records.

Lead Management & Sales
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Work towards monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct telecalling and lead-nurturing activities to improve conversion rates.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Academic Coordination & Student Support




- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams regarding student requirements and class schedules.
- Support the onboarding of newly admitted students.
- Address admission-related queries and ensure a smooth student experience.

- Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and counseling abilities.
- Interest in sales, student engagement, and achieving targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- A proactive, positive, and result-oriented approach.
