Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Counselor to guide students and parents through the college admissions process for both Indian and international universities. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact, helping students identify their academic goals, choose the right career pathways, and navigate the application lifecycle from start to finish. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in the education management or overseas consultancy sector and possesses strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling &

- Guidance

- Profile Evaluation: Assess students' academic backgrounds, career interests, financial budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable universities and courses.

- Domestic Admissions: Guide students regarding top Indian universities, engineering/medical entrance exams, liberal arts colleges, and state/national level application processes.

- Overseas Admissions: Assist students with country selection (e.g., US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe), university shortlisting, course selection, and understanding country-specific requirements.

Application &

- Document Support

- Documentation Checklist: Help students prepare comprehensive application files, including transcripts, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and resumes.

- Exam Preparation Guidance: Advise students on required standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, or GMAT for overseas applications, as well as Indian entrance exams.

- Timeline Management:



Ensure all applications, scholarship forms, and visa documents are submitted well before deadlines.

Sales &

- Conversion

- Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective students and parents via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to convert enquiries into enrollments.

- Follow-up Management: Maintain a systematic follow-up pipeline to guide students through the decision-making process.

- Database Maintenance: Keep exact records of student interactions, application statuses, and daily conversion metrics in the CRM system.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business, Psychology, Communication, or Education preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Academic Counselor, or Overseas Education Consultant.

- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of both Indian higher education systems and international student visa procedures (F-1, Student Route, Study Permit, etc.).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Fluency in regional languages is a strong plus.

- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and virtual meeting tools like Zoom or Google Meet.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
