Role Overview

MarkU is looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Admission Manager to handle student enquiries, guide prospective learners, and support admission and enrolment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Explain programs, guide prospective learners, and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain admission records.
- Build positive relationships with students and prospective learners.
- Achieve admission targets and prepare daily progress reports.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Malayalam communication; basic English is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, convincing,



and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Candidates residing in or near Manjeri are preferred.

Work Terms
- Work Mode: On-site
- Initial Period: First month of training and performance evaluation.
- Compensation: Performance-based stipend after the initial month.
- Career Chance: Permanent placement based on performance.
