Role & responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding online courses such as MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA.

- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.

- Handle student inquiries and follow up with prospective leads.

- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.

- Assist students with application forms, document verification, and fee payment.

- Maintain student records and update lead status in CRM.

- Provide admission-related support and coordinate with university teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Experience in admission counselling, telecalling, or EdTech sales is preferred.

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of online courses like MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA.

- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
