Admission Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and prospects about courses, training programs, internships, and career-oriented opportunities.

- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.

- Manage enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Follow up consistently with prospective students and maintain an organized lead pipeline.

- Guide students through the admission, documentation, fee, and enrollment process.

- Coordinate with the Training, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth batch allocation and onboarding.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions.

- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly admission targets.





- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly admission and follow-up reports with management.

- Support seminars, webinars, workshops, counselling drives, and promotional activities.

- Keep students informed about batch schedules, classes, announcements, and important updates.

- Maintain professional communication, student confidentiality, and a positive counselling experience.

Desired Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust counselling, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM or lead-management tools.

- Prior experience in education counselling, sales, admissions, or customer support will be an advantage
