Role Description The Admission Counsellor (inside sales, 35k–45k) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings to explain course offerings, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.

The Admission

Counsellor will handle inquiries, follow up with leads, provide accurate information about programs, and guide applicants through registration and documentation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining lead databases, meeting admission and sales targets, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role also requires preparing basic reports,



updating management on admissions progress, and ensuring a professional and supportive counseling experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive counseling experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead conversion and target achievement, preferably in an inside sales or education-related setting.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Education-related processes, such as admissions, program structures, and eligibility criteria.
- Relevant experience in admissions counseling, inside sales, or education consulting is preferred.
- Ability to work with CRM or basic MIS tools, manage follow-ups, and organize information efficiently.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling, sales, or education management are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
