Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, explain available courses and programs, and help them choose the right learning opportunities based on their interests and career goals. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in counselling and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Handle student enquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and admission status in the CRM or Excel.




- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
- Any undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confidence in making calls, handling enquiries, and following up with leads.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred.
