Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in ITSM Development, Virtual Agent, Now Assist (Generative AI), and Agent Workspace. The ideal candidate should have strong development skills, experience with enterprise implementations, integrations, and customization using ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Design and implement Virtual Agent conversations and chatbot integrations.
- Configure and customize Now Assist features including AI-powered case summarization, knowledge generation, and intelligent recommendations.
- Customize Agent Workspace using UI Builder, Declarative Actions, and Workspace components.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, ACLs, Notifications, and Workflows.
- Build and support integrations with third-party applications.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization,
and platform upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile development environments.
