Academic Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy, Bookkeeping, and Financial Management as per the prescribed curriculum.

- Teach concepts such as Journal Entries, Ledger Posting, Trial Balance, Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Partnership Accounts.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.

- Integrate practical examples and case studies to enhance students' understanding of accounting principles.

- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus.

Student Learning &

- Assessment

- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.

- Monitor academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Conduct revision and remedial classes to support struggling students.

- Prepare students for board examinations and commerce-related competitive exams.

Classroom Management

- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and productive classroom environment.

- Encourage active participation and analytical thinking.

- Foster ethical and professional values related to commerce and finance.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and assessment reports.

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), staff meetings, and academic activities.





- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to improve teaching outcomes.

Student Development

- Guide students in commerce-related projects, presentations, and competitions.

- Mentor students regarding higher education and career opportunities in Commerce, Finance, Banking, and Accounting.

- Support the holistic development of students through co-curricular activities.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)

- B.Ed. Preferred

- CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification will be an added advantage

- Experience teaching Accounts for Grades 11 & 12 (Commerce Stream)

Experience

- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.

- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
