Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the processing of invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Support the vendor management process by maintaining vendor records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Help in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all payments are processed according to deadlines.
