Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible candidate for our backend operations who has experience in preparing quotations, maintaining MIS reports, and handling basic accounting activities. The candidate should have positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, along with strong data management and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer quotations, price lists, and sales-related documents.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle basic accounting entries and maintain records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
- Maintain sales, purchase, and stock-related data in Excel.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.




- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Backend teams for quotations and related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders and follow up on pending quotations.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and other backend administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data management).
- Experience in preparing quotations and maintaining MIS reports.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software such as Tally or similar tools.
- Good numerical, analytical, and data-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
