Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

? Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days

? Experience: 5–10 Years | Automotive Dealership experience preferred

? Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / Equivalent

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounts & finance operations of the dealership
- Handle accounting for vehicle sales, workshop, spare parts & accessories
- Monitor receivables, payables, banking & cash flow
- Manage GST, TDS & statutory compliances
- Prepare MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, ageing & management reports
- Handle OEM reconciliations, incentives, claims & payments
- Monitor inventory and vehicle stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, OEM & auditors
- Lead the accounts team and ensure timely monthly closing




- Strengthen financial controls and identify potential leakages

Required Skills

- Strong accounting & taxation knowledge
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
- Positive knowledge of GST & TDS
- Strong Excel & MIS skills
- Experience with DMS/ERP/accounting software
- Excellent reconciliation & analytical skills
- Team management & cross-functional coordination

Salary: Upto 70K p.m.
