Online

Banking &

- Transactions

- Process online banking payments and maintain transaction records.

- Record payment and receipt entries in the accounting system.

- Verify online transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

B.

Purchase

Bills &

- Accounting Entries

- Enter purchase bills and invoices into the accounting system.

- Record credit notes and debit notes accurately.

- Verify bills and supporting documents before making entries.

- Ensure all accounting entries are updated on time.

C.

Online

Payments &

- Ledger Management

- Process online payments as per company requirements and approvals.

- Check and reconcile ledger statements.

- Identify discrepancies in ledger balances and report them to the concerned person.

- Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.

D. Documentation &

- Filing

- Maintain and organize bills, invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.

- Ensure proper filing of physical and digital records.





- Retrieve financial documents whenever required for verification or auditing.

E. Accounting &

- Data Entry

- Enter accounting transactions into Tally.

- Maintain proper books of accounts and ensure data accuracy.

- Support the accounts team with routine bookkeeping activities.

- Maintain records of personal and family member-related transactions, wherever applicable and authorized.

1. Required Skills &
- Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.

- Practical knowledge of Tally and accounting entries.

- Familiarity with online banking and payment processing.

- Understanding of purchase bills, credit notes, debit notes, and ledger statements.

- Valuable data-entry skills and attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling financial records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
