We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Professional with strong expertise in financial accounting, General Ledger (GL) analysis, account reconciliation, project accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HANA migration, including financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation.

This role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate financial records and smooth financial system migration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) analysis, account reconciliation, and financial data verification.
- Handle project accounting and monitor project-related financial transactions.
- Support SAP HANA migration, including financial data transition, validation, and reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports, accounting statements, and supporting schedules.
- Manage month-end closing activities, journal entries, and necessary accounting adjustments.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data during system migration.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting, reporting, and migration-related activities.
- Assist with internal audits, statutory audits, and other finance-related requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- B.Com graduate or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA migration is essential.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), accounting, and reconciliations.
- Experience in project accounting and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of month-end closing and journal entries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with practical experience in SAP HANA Migration, GL Analysis, Project Accounting, Financial Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing will be preferred.
