Job Overview

True Reckoner Advisory Services is hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – US Accounting to join our growing finance team. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in accounting, bookkeeping, and international financial reporting.

Candidates will gain practical exposure to US Accounting processes, accounting software, financial reporting, and coordination with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with General Ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and record journal entries under guidance.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with financial reporting and taxation-related assignments.
- Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and Wave.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist in resolving accounting queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and follow established accounting procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, debit and credit, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant accounting experience are also welcome.

Preferred: Candidates pursuing CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications may also apply.
