:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including customer collections, vendor payments, outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance matters.
- Track receivables and payables, ensure timely settlements, and maintain accurate records of outstanding payments.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master degree preferred.




- 6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in eCommerce industry preferred. Location - Kolkata

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
