Singh Malik & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Mohali. We handle audit, taxation, GST compliance, CMA data preparation and advisory work for businesses across Punjab. We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting and compliance for our clients.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients in Tally Prime / Busy
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile with GSTR-2B
- Compute TDS, file TDS returns and issue Form 16/16A
- Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, firms and companies
- Do bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and finalisation of accounts
- Support statutory and tax audits, including preparation of working papers
